– Educational Qualifications (From the last to the first):
- Two years High Diploma degree in Hematopathology ( Laboratory Hematology), in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, University of Sulaimani, School of Medicine for the year 2013-2015.
- Became a Practitioner in Hematopathology at 11-1-2013.
- Graduated from Collage of Medicine from university of Sulaymaniyah at 2007-2008 {M.B., Ch.B}.
- Graduated from Secondary School Scientific – Section (Baccalaureate Examination) at 2000_2001.
– Employment:
- At 2008 in the Sulaimani teaching hospital (surgical department).
- In the directorate of preventive health in the Sulaymaniyah at 2009 as a responsible for Non-communicable disease (NCD) department.
- House officer in Hematopathology at 11-1-2011.
- Four years rotation, every 3 months, among teaching Hospitals, Centers & Laboratories in the city of Sulaymaniyah; Hiwa Hospital, Central lab., General teaching hospital, Pediatric teaching hospital, Thalassemia center, Gynecology & obstetric hospital, Shorsh hospital, Shar Hospital, Emergency & Cardiac specialty hospital..)
- Hematopathologist senior at General Medical Teaching Hospital-Laboratory department and Nwa Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory till now, which are the two famous laboratories in the our city.
– Training Course:
- At September 2001, I participated in the training course for 1 month with Civilization Development Organization (CDO) about Computer; finally I passed by excellent degree.
- Complete & successfully training course about Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS) with Trauma Care Foundation (TCF) at January 2009 and at the end of the course was examination & they gave me trauma management certification.
- I participated in the training course with WHO in the Arbil for Rapid assessment form of quality for newborm care survices in Iraq for one weak.
- I participated in the training course of integrating mental health services in to primary health care with International Mental Corps (IMC) at 2 – 13 August 2009 & I passed successfully.
- I participated in the two-stage training program “Overcoming Trauma & Violence” October 15-16,2009 & December 10-12,2009 with Sulaimani Center for the Treatment of Torture Victims (bzfo) in cooperation with the Heinrich-Stiftung E.V.
- I participated in the training workshop on “International Classification of Diseases” (ICD-10) which was held from 26-30 December 2010 in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Successfully passed Computer Proficiency Exam by the Ministry of Higher education & Scientific Researches, presidency of Sulaimani University at 8-9-2011.
- I participated in the Second Kurdistan Cancer Conference at April 1st & 2nd, 2013 which is International Cancer Conference arranged through cooperation with experts from Houston MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mississippi University Medical center & centers from Australia, Qatar, & Canada.
- I participated in the training program on (Approach to short stature in children) which was held at Kurdistan Medical Association on June 20th 2013.
